Non-Registered Massage

This is a relaxation-style massage, administered by a capable student. The rates for these practitioners will be lower until they write their exams and become registered as massage therapists, and are not considered billable expenses to insurance.

Registered Massage

Please call to book an appointment with a registered massage therapist! Limited availability for new patients.

Ortho-Bionomy

Ortho-Bionomy is a gentle, non-invasive bodywork that works **with** your body. It is highly effective and safe, even for people who are highly sensitive, or have limitations due to pain or age. This gentle technique promotes long-lasting changes through gentle positioning of the body. Gentle enough for babies.

Nia is a recent graduate from Langara College RMT program, waiting to write her registration exam in September/October 2024. She takes an integrated approach, and appreciates working with a wide range of conditions and people, especially stress management, TMJ dysfunction, pregnancy (pre and post-natal), and post-breast surgery care. Working with Nia, you can expect a gentle approach to touch with techniques like Swedish, myofascial release, visceral manipulation, muscle energy techniques, active release, and more.

Nia enjoys spending her time on self-inquiry through singing, connecting with people and animals, and reading, as she believes the deeper she understands herself, the more deeply she can connect with and understand others.
